WORDS are LIKE ARROWS or HONEY: Beware God's Arrows #Devotional #DailyBibleReading #Speech #Kindness

I'd like to focus a little on speech this week. Words can be painful weapons. David said people aimed bitter words at him like arrows.
They sharpen their tongues like swords and aim their bitter words like arrows. (Psalm 64:3, NLT)
This is poetry but words like like arrows in reality. Be careful that you don’t send zinging words at others. What you say and how you say it can injure and harm others.
AND LATER IN THAT PSALM DAVID STATES:
“But God himself will shoot them with his arrows, suddenly striking them down” (Psalm 64:7, NLT).
