What is #Advent ?

Advent comes from the Latin word adventus "coming; arrival."
During this season we consider the fact that Christ Jesus has come. He took on human flesh that He might become a sacrifice for our sin. This is God’s Greatest Gift to the world and to you. We also look forward to His second coming! Even so come Lord Jesus, make all things wrong right and bring all to your glorious Gospel light. Join me for a few devotional thoughts in the days to come about Jesus arrival there in Bethlehem and what His coming means for you and for me.
