Precarious times call for prayerful measures. Those precarious times may be our most important times because in those times we walk closely with the Lord. We sense the need for our Shepherd most when the dark clouds of difficult times and the thunder and lightning bolts of pain or loss cause our hearts to skip away from the outskirts of the Lord’s flock and walk as closely to Him as we can. While you are there, know that His presence comforts you. As David said, “Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him.” Do what you can in each situation and then leave the rest in His hand.
