Is exercise only of "little profit?"
I often hear people quote 1 Timothy 4:8 to discourage exercise. Now, to be fair, those who quote it that way often do so with a grin. "Are you training for a race? Well, you know 'bodily discipline is only of little profit.'" But is that actually what the verse is saying?
